Cheesy Wedges

Ingredients
Baked Potatoes
- 2 potatoes (350 g)
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of paprika
- 1/2 tsp of white pepper powder
- 1/2 tbsp of oil
Cheese Sauce
- 5 slices (100 g) of American cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tbsp of corn starch
- 1/2 cup of evaporated milk
- 1/2 tbsp of chili sauce
- 3/4 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp of white pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- Mayonnaise
Direction
- Peel the potatoes and slice into wedges. Place the potatoes into a mixing bowl and season with salt, paprika, pepper, and oil. Mix well to combine.
- Line baking tray with aluminium foil and place potatoes in one layer. Baked a 200°C for 30 minutes.
- Tear cheese into small pieces and add cornstarch into a pot. Toss to combine.
- Add 1/2 cup evaporated milk into the pot.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly with whisk until melted, bubbly, and thickened for around 5 minutes. Mixture will look thin at first but will thicken after heating.
- Season with chili sauce, garlic powder, white pepper, and salt.
- Pour cheese sauce over baked potato and drizzle with mayonnaise.
